  1. Company Started

    El Adawi Co. was founded in 1984 by the hand of four Egyptian brothers (Mr. Sayed El Adawi, Mr. Farag El Adawi, Mr. Saeed El Adawi, and Mr. Rabie El Adawi They specialized in the field of exporting Egyptian agricultural crops.

    In 1984 they started their trade in exporting fruits "mango, cantaloupe, watermelon, peach, and guava", and vegetables like "green beans, garlic, onions, potatoes, capsicum, eggplant, peas, and grape leaves .

  2. Speciality Produce

    In 1992 they concentrated and specialized in citrus " oranges, lemon, and mandarin" beside the fruits and vegetables, but CITRUS is the main product in their professional field.

  3. Nowadays

    after 33 years from establishing the company became one of the biggest agricultural crops trading company in Egypt.

What we do?

Despite our huge production capacity that reaches 40,000 tons per year, we continue to develop our capacities

Growing & Collecting

We ore farming most of our products and the other we import them from the top farms in Egypt.

Then we assemble the products for next steps sorting, packing, and exporting to provide the best qualified products.

Sorting & packging

In our 8000 meters squared packing house we follow the latest technology of sorting, packaging, and sizing.

The packing house incorporate three parts for sorting and packaging (citrus part, fruits part, and vegetables part.) Our main production line specially designed for the proper processing of citrus with capacity up to 20 tons per hour. The line sorting table, brushed-washer, pre-dryer, waxing unit, dryer, electronic sorter is equipped with weight colour diameter, and rapid pack (system for the fast packing of the product in boxes).

Cooling

Moreover, our packing house includes six cooling rooms.

Three of them are industrialised for storage of products with capacity up to 3000 tons and the other are pre cooling for our products according to the international degree assigned for every product

so we can deliver our products to target markets in premium quality.
